Lavender + Menthol Shower Steamers are made with lavender essential oil that is blended with menthol. Lavender is thought to have a calming effect and help promote sleep. Perfect for unwinding after a long day.  

Simply place one steamer on your shower floor and allow it to get a little water on it. The water will activate the steamer and it will release the blend of essential oils into the air. For even more powerful aromatherapy, place one steamer in your sink and allow a little water to activate it. Place your head over the sink and breath in the soothing blend of essential oils and menthol.
